Service Description

Join us for an evening of fulfillment for our Full Moon Activation class. This class is 45 minutes of Hatha Yoga and 45 minutes of a Sound Bath. Hatha Yoga will be taught by our instructor Deb Arnold. The Sound Bath will be done by Healing Vibrations. Michael Balonis and Lori Fitzpatrick are a dynamic sound healing duo who together weave a creation of sound awareness that uplifts the body, mind, and spirit to a higher frequency! They are both certified sound healing practitioners.
