Inferno Pilates is a HIIT/low impact training class utilizing the Pilates principles of breath and control. In this class, we use the Tabatas method, 20 seconds of hard work/10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. This full body workout is great for building endurance and strength as well as creating long, lean muscle.
