This is a donation-based class to raise funds for the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, a large non-profit dedicated to colorectal cancer. March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.

Cancellation Policy

Our policy is to cancel at least 3.5 hours prior to the start of class. The site will not allow you to cancel past this time. If an emergency comes up and you absolutely can't make it, please DM our Instagram or email the studio at studioupliftplymouth@gmail.com. Thank you for understanding!
