Using the Tabata Interval method, Power Pilates incorporates strength, conditioning, and resistance training as well as functional Mat Pilates. The class will consist of some use of weights, bands, and Pilates balls. This is a 50 minute high energy class with upbeat music! All exercises can be modified.
