Join Rachael for a donation based warm slow flow class to help raise funds for the victims of Helene. Funds raised will go directly to Project Do Good. Venmo or Cash on the day of class. :)

Cancellation Policy

Our policy is to cancel at least 3.5 hours prior to the start of class. The site will not allow you to cancel past this time. If an emergency comes up and you absolutely can't make it, please DM our Instagram or email the studio at studioupliftplymouth@gmail.com. Thank you for understanding!
