Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!

CARDIO TONE

This class is 45 minutes of strength training, cardio bursts, and stretching all to fun music. Build your strength, get your sweat on, and have fun! Grippy socks or barefeet are typical for this class but if your knees bother you, you can wear sneakers!

hathayoga

A healthy lifestyle approach toward balancing body, mind, and spirit. Each class includes flowing postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. This traditional practice of yoga promotes alignment, strength, and flexibility while creating an overall sense of balance and well-being!

HIIT Bootcamp

This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises, and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All levels welcome.

BUTIYOGA

Buti Yoga fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance through body sculpting movements that challenge multiple planes of motion.

Vinyasa 
YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that creatively joins breath and movement fluidly. You will practice a series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating some heat. It is a practice that invites you to bring consciousness to the ebb and flow, to notice how we move and what moves us.

MATPILATES

This class consists of core work plus balance and breath work, high repetition and toning. Mind and muscle reset. Light weights are optional!

KICKIT

Join us for an intense 13-rounds of kickboxing inspired movements designed with specific goals in each round. All levels!

BARRE
FUSION

This low impact class incorporates Barre sculpting and toning with yoga strengthening and stretching for a total body workout. Participants will use light weights and core balls combined with precise isometric movements to improve muscle tone, balance, and strength.

PILATES
FUSION

This class combines elements of pilates, barre, and strength training.  Using light weights and bands (optional), you will tone, sculpt, and stretch! You will be challenging your core muscles with each movement.

CORE&RESTORE

  • Increase flexibility

  • Improve posture

  • Work on core strength and balance

     

Through moving and breathing with intention, you will become more conscious and aware of your body's strengths and weaknesses. Check it out!
