yogasculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a combination of yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout! This class will incorporate traditional yoga poses with cardio bursts and light weights designed to sculpt and tone your body as you stretch and move to a fun and upbeat playlist. You will improve your endurance, flexibility, and mobility. Each of our instructors has their own spin on this class but all of the yoga sculpt classes will challenge you and leave you feeling stronger, energized, and uplifted!
Vinyasa
YOGA
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that creatively joins breath and movement fluidly. You will practice a series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating some heat. It is a practice that invites you to bring consciousness to the ebb and flow, to notice how we move and what moves us.
MATPILATES
This class is a 45 minute intermediate level Pilates class that consists of core work plus balance and breath work, high repetition and a lot of toning. Mind and muscle reset! Improve posture, flexibility and increase muscle strength. Light weights are used as well as our resistance bands and/or Pilates balls. Get the endorphins flowing as you challenge every part of your body!l!
POWER VINYASA
Power Vinyasa (yoga) is an energetic, vigorous style of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance. This class includes faster paced flow elements, core work, standing series, and a relaxing wind-down ending with a Savasana. A challenging flowing sequence of poses will wake up your body, increase your heart rate, and get you sweating!
