CLASSES

yogasculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a combination of yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout! This class will incorporate traditional yoga poses with cardio bursts and light weights designed to sculpt and tone your body as you stretch and move to a fun and upbeat playlist. You will improve your endurance, flexibility, and mobility. Each of our instructors has their own spin on this class but all of the yoga sculpt classes will challenge you and leave you feeling stronger, energized, and uplifted!

PILATES

This is a mat based Pilates class that works on strengthening the core muscles, as well as strengthening and lengthening the arms, legs, and more! Participants will improve flexibility, mobility, and posture in this low impact class that will warm you right up! Equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls may be used. Instructors will incorporate classical Pilates exercises as well as some contemporary ones. All levels!

CARDIO TONE

This class is 45 minutes of strength training, cardio bursts, and stretching all to fun music. Build your strength, get your sweat on, and have fun! Grippy socks or barefeet are typical for this class but if your knees bother you, you can wear sneakers!

hathayoga

A healthy lifestyle approach toward balancing body, mind, and spirit. Each class includes flowing postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. This traditional practice of yoga promotes alignment, strength, and flexibility while creating an overall sense of balance and well-being!

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!

BARRE
FUSION

This low impact class incorporates Barre sculpting and toning with yoga strengthening and stretching for a total body workout. Participants will use light weights and core balls combined with precise isometric movements to improve muscle tone, balance, and strength.

HIIT/STRENGTH

This is a HIIT style class with a strength focus. Weights and resistance bands are also incorporated as well as body weight exercises for that full body burn! This is an upbeat 45 minute class with a fun playlist.

BUTIYOGA

Buti Yoga fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance through body sculpting movements that challenge multiple planes of motion. This class will get you warm and bring high energy and upbeat music complete with all the best vibes!

Vinyasa 
YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that creatively joins breath and movement fluidly. You will practice a series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating some heat. It is a practice that invites you to bring consciousness to the ebb and flow, to notice how we move and what moves us.

PILATES
FUSION

Pilates Fusion classes blend Pilates with elements of strength training, yoga, and/or barre. Participants will use equipment such as weights, Pilates balls, yoga blocks, and/or resistance bands for a full body workout improving strength, flexibility, and balance. All levels!

CORE&RESTORE

  • Increase flexibility

  • Improve posture

  • Work on core strength and balance

     

Through moving and breathing with intention, you will become more conscious and aware of your body's strengths and weaknesses. Check it out!

POWER VINYASA

Power Vinyasa (yoga) is an energetic, vigorous style of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance. This class includes faster paced flow elements, core work, standing series, and a relaxing wind-down ending with a Savasana. A challenging flowing sequence of poses will wake up your body, increase your heart rate, and get you sweating! 

slowflow

This yoga class emphasizes slower, mindful movements and extended holds in poses. Movements are smooth and deliberate, with attention to alignment and form and a focus on breath. This is a gentler form of yoga compared to our power or vinyasa. 
*Warm Slow Flow will have the room heated to 80 degrees. 
*Candlelight Flow brings a dark space lit by (battery operated) candles for a beautiful and relaxing class.
