BOOKING

• Classes should always be booked online, even up until a few minutes before class, to be sure that you have a spot and we have a list of participants for the instructor!

• You can certainly attempt a walk in but we can't always guarantee your mat spot. 

• All participants must have a waiver on file. Please fill out the waiver if you have not yet done so or before your next class,

PRICING​

• Single class $17

• 10-Class Pass $125

• Monthly Unlimited Pass $135

• Paying online by credit card is most preferred.  We do allow cash or Venmo (@studiouplift) but that is typically for a last minute walk-in. We prefer payment online for single classes if this is how you are booking. This will help to ensure you have your spot. Class spots are not held until payment is made, so please make your Venmo payment immediately upon booking. 

• To pay using a gift certificate, please choose "pay now" and then "pay in person". 

• Students (ages 17-23) will be discounted 20% on either plan. Please reach out prior to purchasing the plan to receive a discount code. 

 

Class Passes should be purchased on our website. Once they are purchased online, you may use your plan to book classes via our online app.

CANCELATIONS

• Due to limited space, please make every effort to avoid canceling after booking a class.

• If canceling is unavoidable, please cancel within our cancel window of up to 4 hours BEFORE class starts to ensure you will get a class credit for the class.

• If an emergency occurs after that window, please email the studio (studioupliftplymouth@gmail.com) or send us a message in the app as soon as possible so that we can decide how to proceed with class or add someone from a waitlist. 

• If you cancel after the 4-hour window and...

  • have paid a single class or used a class pass, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $8 via an invoice sent and your class can be credited back. 

  • have a monthly plan you will be charged a late cancel fee via an invoice sent of $8.

    • Both of these will also be case by case based on the situation, as we understand extreme emergencies can happen. 

• If you no show to class and...

  • have paid a using class pass or paid a single class, you will lose your class and be sent a no show fee of $10. 

  • have a monthly unlimited plan, you will be charged a single class fee of $17 via an invoice sent. 

• Please understand we are trying to make this an easy and positive experience for all and we want people that are on waitlists to have a chance to get in. We also want to make sure we cancel a class in time if we know we don’t have the minimum number of clients. Thank you for your help with this as we work to keep it an uplifting place for all!
