Each class may be different and could involve participants using props like light weights, bands and balls. In our Pilates classes you will strengthen your core, lengthen, and improve alignment through a challenging, creative, and safe flow for all levels. This is a dynamic full body Pilates class suitable for all levels. Stronger each class! s will typically incorporate both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises throughout each class.
