Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!

Sweat and Sculpt

This class is a fun and upbeat full body cardio class.. The class includes some faster-paced cardio bursts with strength training to tone your arms, legs, and core. Set to an upbeat playlist, this class is designed to push your limits and leave you feeling powerful, strong, and energized. Each instructor has their own spin on this class as well but you will leave feeling warm, energized, and strong! Build your strength, get your sweat on, and have fun! Bare feet or grippy socks.

Up-LIFT

Get back to basics with a pure strength session. This class focuses on lifting heavier weights with compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses to build maximal strength. This class provides a structured, supportive environment for all levels to build confidence and gain muscle. No cardio.
