

Yoga Sculpt
When you love the yoga AND the weights, this class is for you! Yoga Sculpt is a combination of yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout! This class will incorporate traditional yoga poses with cardio bursts and light weights designed to sculpt and tone your body as you stretch and move to a fun and upbeat playlist. You will improve your endurance, flexibility, and mobility. Each of our instructors has their own spin on this class but all of the yoga sculpt classes will challenge you and leave you feeling stronger, energized, and uplifted! *Offering both heated and non-heated classes.
Hatha Yoga
Discover the foundation of physical yoga. This class focuses on holding poses (asanas) to build strength, increase flexibility, and foster mental clarity. By moving at a slower, intentional pace compared to Vinyasa, you will have the time to explore proper alignment and connect deeply with your breath. Suitable for all levels, offering a perfect blend of effort and ease to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and strong.
Buti Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that creatively joins breath and movement fluidly. You will practice a series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating some heat. It is a practice that invites you to bring consciousness to the ebb and flow, to notice how we move and what moves us. All levels! *Offering both heated and non-heated classes.

Candlelight Flow
Step out of the hustle and into the soft, flickering glow of (battery operated) candlelight. This gentle, all-levels class is an invitation to slow down, release the noise of the day, and reconnect with your breath. Leave feeling grounded, soft, and ready for a restful night's sleep with this all levels yoga class.
Slow Flow
This yoga class emphasizes slower, mindful movements and extended holds in poses. Movements are smooth and deliberate, with attention to alignment and form and a focus on breath.This class moves at a calming pace, allowing time to explore alignment, build stability, and release tension. Slow Flow is. ideal for beginners or those seeking to de-stress! Come to experience a soothing, yet engaging, practice to rejuvenate your mind and body."
*Warm Slow Flow will have the room heated to about 80 degrees.
Restore
Give yourself permission to truly rest. Slow down and reconnect with your body in this nurturing, slow-paced class. Participants will focus on passive stretching and relaxation, making this the perfect choice for anyone looking to reduce stress, manage anxiety, or aid in recovery from injury or burnout. This class uses props like bolsters or blocks to fully support the body, allowing you to hold gentle poses for extended periods (5-15 minutes) with little to no muscular effort. Designed to calm the nervous system and release tension, this is the ultimate self-care practice to leave you feeling renewed and deeply peaceful.
Core & Restore
This class is a mindful blend of active core strengthening and gentle, restorative stretching. This class focuses on building strength from the inside out, improving flexibility and posture, and working on your core strength and balance. Through moving with breath and intention, you will become more conscious and aware of your body’s strengths and weaknesses.
