Strength & Conditioning Pop Up!

Service Description

Get ready to sweat and have some fun with this 45 minute class where we’ll use our bodies to build strength. Participants will follow an interval training Bootcamp class structure, accompanied by a fire playlist that is sure to get hearts pumping! Weights are optional.
