Service Description
This is a regular Vinyasa class but under the Infrared heaters. Infrared heating utilizes invisible, low-frequency waves to gently heat the body from within. Come warm up in the studio with us!

Studio policy is to cancel up to 4 hours prior to the start of class. The site will not allow you to cancel past this time.
