Service Description
Yoga Sculpt classes blend traditional yoga poses with cardio and strength training. Participants will use weights (optional) during these fun and upbeat classes. Each of our Yoga Sculpt instructors will have a different spin on their own classes, but expect a 45-60 minute energizing class that will improve strength and flexibility while also focusing on breath and balance. Leave feeling grounded and refreshed!

Studio policy is to cancel up to 4 hours prior to the start of class. The site will not allow you to cancel past this time.
